Has there become an issue with Bud's when using Electronic Checks? I have used them before and realize there is a wait period, but my check cleared the bank a week ago and Bud's says they are still "pending payment"

Jamie, unfortunately due to high demand buds has been backed up. Orders are taking longer to process and ship at the moment. You can always give them a call at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Sorry but hope this helps.

Jamie, unfortunately order delays are a culmination of higher order volume, lower staffing levels which has lessened processing times. Buds sends out periodic announcements alluding to such on occasion. If you got an order number and have not received a cancellation or request for info notification, you will receive your order although it will likely be past Buds normal 3 to 7 day ship times. Hope this makes sense. My last two recent orders took 9 days and 11 days respectively. Cheers and stay safe!

Jamie, it takes 5 business days for the E-check to clear, (Monday was a holiday) even if it has already been taken from your account.
Similar to a paper check the funds are first drawn from your bank and your account is verified by our processor prior to us receiving funds.
This process takes 4 business days, it is not until the 5th business day that your payment is electronically credited to our account.
