No, this rifle has a 1.5" muzzle brake that puts the 14.5" barrel at 16 inches overall length. So it meets the legal requirements of a standard rifle.

Hi Duncan, No because it is 16 inches with the muzzle brake.

no it is 'just" a "standard" rifle the barrel with non-detachable muzzle brake = 16 inches
