Trigger Pull: 7.5 - 8.5 lbs. The P238 is built on an anodized alloy beavertail style frame and steel slide.

They all have a stainless steel Nitron coated slide and depending on the model either a stainless steel or alloy frame. The trigger is crisp with no creep but in the neighborhood of 6 pounds. A gunsmith can easily get it to 4 pounds.
