Shayne, yes this takes AR15 accessories. Taken from a review by Classic Firearms - "Another unique aspect of the BM-9 line of firearms is that they utilize many standard AR15 components. While some AR9s use proprietary parts, you can easily customize the BM-9s. Want to drop in a match grade AR15 trigger group? Upgrading the trigger group on the BM-9 is an easy process. Perhaps you prefer an ambidextrous charging handle. While the standard one works just fine, our Radian Raptor charging handles are an excellent upgrade."

Shayne, yes, this is compatible with Ar15 parts like triggers, pistol grip, charging handle, pistol brace/buffer tube, safety, bolt release, trigger guard and dust cover are all AR15 compatible. Hope this helps.
