Michael, yes sir, the cz 1012 can safely fire 2-3/4 or 3 inch shells. So these will fit and function just fine in your CZ. Any shotgun with a 3 inch chamber can also shoot 2-3/4 inch shells. Hope this helps.

Michael, since your CZ 1012 shotgun has a 3 inch chamber, it can fire 3 inch and shorter 12 gauge shells (2 3/4) no issue. Same concept as a .357Mag firing .38 Special or a .44Mag being able to fire the shorter .44 Special. Cheers and stay safe!
