No, .327 Federal Magnum is rated to over twice the chamber pressure of .32 H&R Magnum and would not be safe to fire. The .327 case should also be too long to chamber properly.

Darin, unfortunately no Sir. You can fire 32H&R Magnum from a .327 Federal Magnum but not vice versa due to the pressure rating of the .327 Magnum. Cheers and stay safe!

Darin, no, you can't fire .327 Mag out of this. You can shoot 32 H&R out of a .327 Mag but not vice versa. Sorry but hope this helps.
