Michael, without the 17 round magazine yes. This is on Maryland's approved handgun roster, so without the magazine it's perfectly legal. During checkout there will be an option to remove the magazine. Buds will remove the magazine but won't replace it, so you will have to purchase a state compliant 10 round magazine separately to use the firearm. This will use any Glock 17/19 style magazine.
