I have not seen any Class Action as of yet, but it's warranted. Reviews I have come across have been dismal and you tube trials back this up on this pistol. I don't know if Buds will/can do anything but, you can voice your concerns at Buds Customer Service at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

I have not heard or read of any safety issues with it could you post and tell us how the lock up is unsafe
