Kevin, unfortunately the answer is no on using the 92 grips or screws. You can make back straps work on them from 92's, but the frame of the 945 is actually larger in dimensions of the grip panels, and has less clearance space on the safety levers. Cheers and stay safe!

Kevin, I would contact Taurus because I'm getting conflicting information. Some people are saying the 92 grip screws won't fit but I'm finding grip screws for sale saying they'll fit both the Taurus pt92 and the pt945. You can contact Taurus at +1-800-327-3776 for a definite answer. Also amazon and eBay have grip screws that will fit your Taurus pt945. You can either find them by Googling ( Taurus pt945 grip screws ) or Here's a link to ones on amazon that will fit if interested.
