Michael, #8 shot for trap will fare best with a Skeet or Improved Cylinder Choke at standard trap shooting distances. Cheers and stay safe!

Michael, the one that gives you the best pattern with your load at the distance you'll be breaking the target; whether that is F, IM, M or something else, only you can determine that by hitting the pattern board.
