Ralph, usually the site lets me change the FFL. If it is not working try it by logging into another browser. If unsuccessful Buds Customer Service will need to assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Ralph, Buds Customer Service will need to assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat. I have found the blue chat button works best.
