Christopher, the M200 has a moderate hammer pull Single action. Practice ammo =https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/411560563/ammo+inc+signature+38spl+125gr+tmc+50rd+box ( I have not had any issues in over 300 rounds). Defensive Ammo is the Hornady Critical Defense Lite 38 Special, light recoiling but high velocity for massive energy dump. Cheers and stay safe!
Unless it must be a revolver, I highly recommend looking at a semi-automatic pistol such M&P Shield EZ which was designed for those with arthritis hands. Extremely easy to rack the slide and the 380 option has incredibly mild recoil. I hope this helps!
