Arthur, unfortunately no, the xdm 4.5 10mm 16 rd osp version upc number 706397961251 does not include a red dot. So you would have to purchase the red dot separately. The one that includes the hex wasp red dot is $744.85, roughly $160 more. Sorry but hope this helps.
