Joseph, unfortunately, once you accept the transfer, the gun cannot be returned to Bud's. Any issues will need to go through the manufacturer. Here is a forum that may or may not help you >>> https://www.taurusarmed.net/threads/pt22-jamming-issue.412545/ ....Good luck & have a great day!
Joseph, I feel your sentiment on this. Once the transfer is made, Buds is out of the loop unless you got the Buds Lifetime Warranty. Shame that the maker could not fix it let alone making it worse. I would check out some suggestions here : https://www.taurusarmed.net/threads/pt22-spring-question.156986/
Joseph, sorry to hear your having issues. Unfortunately after transferring the firearm you would have to go through the manufacturer. I'd recommend testing several brands of ammunition because I've heard they can be picky. Taurus warns about using hyper velocity ammo, they recommend 1220fps or lower. The rear of the slide tilting up is a sign your ammo is to high of a velocity for it. I'd also recommend keeping it clean and lubed well. Hope this helps.
