Is the only difference in these 2 models the 5 and 20 round mags?

I am NY, so figure to get the 5 rd model so I can get magazines I can use Vs the 20 rd one that won't come with any?

Nicholas, correct, the only difference is #14303 comes with two 5 round magazines and #56043 comes with two 20 round magazines. Hope this helps and you're very welcome.
