Craig, unfortunately Buds will only remove non compliant magazines Sir. You would need to acquire 10rd magazines separately. I wish they would change this policy but, it is what it is currently. Craig, buds won't substitute 10 round magazines in place of the 13 round ones. Buds will remove the magazine but they won't replace them. During checkout there will be an option to remove the magazines but you would then have to purchase state compliant Magazines separately to use the firearm. Sorry but hope this helps.
No Online dealer, This Includes Bud's, will swap out the higher cap mags for the 10 Round restricted mags we need here in NY. As mentioned, you'll need to purchase the 10 rounders yourself.
