Paul, not all but alot of newly produced pistols have a loaded chamber indicator or atleast a view port Wich is basically a little hole so you can see when it's loaded. Not sure your budget or it's intended use but caniks tp9 series are phenomenal for the price and come with a loaded chamber indicator. Here's a link to one I'd recommend if interested.............https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/118778/canik+55+tp9sa+mod2+9mm+4.46+18rd+black............... As for a 22lr pistol Ruger sr22 and Taurus tx22 are great but they have view ports not loaded chamber indicators. The Walther p22 has a loaded chamber indicator and is a fantastic pistol. Here's a link to one if interested............. https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/89502/walther+arms+5120333+p22+ca+pistol+.22+lr+3.42+10+1+wal................ If neither of those catch your attention if you post again with your preferred budget to spend and what you want to use it for like concealed car
Paul, I would highly recommend the M&P 9 SHIELD 9MM H-VIZ LOAD CHAMBER INDICATOR : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/51350/smith+%26+wesson+shield+m%26p9+9mm+luger ----------- and -------------- https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/93813/smith+%26+wesson+m%26p22+.22+lr+compact+3.6+10r+black
All Glocks have the indicator. I've never had a use for that indicator, so it might as well not be there. If I need to know, I always give it a rack or pull back the slide a tad and to do a visual check. Basic gun safety stuff.
