James, yes Sir it will no issue. Since this shotgun has a 3 inch chamber, it can fire 3 inch and shorter 12 gauge shells (2 3/4) no issue. It is recommended to break it in with high power shells (50 or so) initially and then clean and re-lube. Cheers and stay safe!

James, it sure will. The Mossberg 930 Tactical has a 3 inch chamber so it can safely fire 2-3/4 and 3 inch shells. Any shotgun with a 3 inch chamber can shoot both. Since it's a semi automatic I'd recommend standard to high velocity 2-3/4 inch loads to properly cycle the bolt, low velocity rounds may cause it to jam atleast for the initial break in period. After that it should cycle anything you put in it. Hope this helps.
