Rob, unfortunately the JTS M12 AK is not legal in new Jersey due to the Pistol grip. Semi automatic shotguns cannot have a magazine capacity exceeding 6 rounds, a folding stoçk, or pistol grip in new Jersey. If you want a tactical style shotgun I'd recommend a pump action since they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Sorry but hope this helps.
