John, the overall Grip Sizes are the same Sir. The XD-M just come with a "short" extended and flared magwell piece at the bottom of the magwell. Cheers and stay safe!

John, yes, both the springfield armory XD tactical 45 and the springfield armory XD-M have the same grip size. They have the same length and both have a grip width of 1.2 inches. Hope this helps.
