Michael, it sure will. The Lwrc uciw stock kit will fit and function just fine on a CMMG Banshee MK9. Sounds like you already know this but it will change it from a pistol to a short barreled rifle/sbr and require a tax stamp. Other than that you're good to go. Hope this helps.
