In most places yes. In New York no on ammo. If you live in a more liberal state you will need to check the laws. When you order, Buds will ask for your FFL if it can not be shipped to your home.

Well, the answer is yes with a couple exceptions. CA & NY being two. Now the funny thing us I'm in NY and Bud's did ship to me until they got scared off by our jerk of a Governor. We may start having to do background checks for ammo like CA but that won't start until next year April 1st, If at All!!! We have many groups fighting this and her other BS laws she put out unconstitutionaly!unconstitutional!! Sooooo, Bud's jumped the gun. Other places will still ship to us in NY as long as we're not located in NYC.

Eric, yes sir, ammo and accessories will ship directly to your house unless you live in a few strict gun control state like California and new York. If you live in one of those states it would have to ship to a FFL dealer/gunshop. An easy way to find out is to add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the first page it will either ask for your address or a FFL dealer. If it just asks for your address it'll ship directly to you. If it asks for a FFL that means unfortunately you live in one of the few states that require a background check on ammo/accessories. Hope this helps.
