The easiest way is open one of the emails the sent you scroll to the bottom and click Unsubscribe

Click on unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-mail.

Donald, you can do it one of two ways. First is to click on one of the emails you received from buds and at the bottom will have an option to unsubscribe. Second option is to log into your buds account and click on menu, then order status/account, lastly my newsletter settings. Just click on the box to unsubscribe. Hope this helps.
