Edward, these are recent manufacture pistol. Unfortunately Buds does not open new firearms packages to give us a truly accurate answer. Customer Service won't be able to answer this in this case. The updated pistols will have a dot milled in the back of the magwell. Do not take it as gospel, but I was told by a Buds rep that they are shipping the modified post recall version. So if true, you are safe here.
