I was just wondering what the recoil was like on a 7mm Rem Mag rifle because I thought about getting one for deer hunting in Michigan I and was also wondering if it's a hard kicker if there are any reduced recoil factory rounds

The 7mm Rem Mag will be in the ball park between the venerable 30-06 and 300 Win Mag. It is a kicker compared to the .270. Recoil can be managed much better with a "Decelerator" type recoil pad like  :  https://www.amazon.com/Pachmayr-Decelerator-Slip-Recoil-Pad/dp/B00542J1PO
