I bought 2 Buds gift cards but cant use neither of them because it keeps saying invalid code eventho in my account they appear unused with all the balance....What could possibly be the problem?

Angel, make sure you are typing in the number exactly as it appears, i.e. the number 0 instead of the letter O. If you are doing this correctly and it still won't work, Buds Customer Service will need to assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat.
