it means that buds does not have a copy of their license on file. They would need to upload it here budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=ffl or email FFL@BudsGunShop.com they can also fax it to 1-800-804-5569
Ken, just means buds doesn't have your FFL dealers license on file or needs updated. You can still use your FFL but you have to get them to send their information by email to......... FFL@BudsGunShop.com .......... Or they can fax it to 1-800-804-5569. After they send it you will be able to pick them. Hope this helps.
