Collin, yes as long as it's a pump action bullpup. Unfortunately any semi automatic shotgun with a detachable magazine is restricted. Collin, you cannot own a semi-auto bullpup unless it has a fixed magazine. Pump action bullpups are CA compliant. Have a great day!
