Brent, not sure if you have to be a TB member at the time of layaway or not. Bud's customer service can answer this for you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat. I have found the blue chat button works best.

Brent, unfortunately you have to be a TB Member at the time of Layaway. I would still contact Buds TB phone number once you become a member to see if any allowances can be made at 1-888-327-9402 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. Cheers and stay safe!

Brent, pretty sure you need to be a team buds member before doing a layaway in order to get free no fee layaway. With that said I know sometimes buds is willing to work with people so I'd recommend giving them a call at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Last month I put a item on layaway and then realized that my TB had expired I renewed it (same day). This month on my account I see where buds charged and then removed the $10.00 lay away fee. Call them and they should remove any Further fees 1-888-327-9402 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. I think any layaway fees incurred AFTER you join will be waived
