Xavier, this comes with the red dot sight installed, and also comes with the plate with rear sight installed if you want to remove the red dot. It comes with (1) 17rd magazine and comes with a hard plastic case.  Have a great day!

Xavier, I have a girsan mc28sa with the red dot, mines just in a different color. The red dot does come installed already and has a rear sight plate if you wish to swap it. It only comes with one 17 round magazine, the magazine has numbered holes showing how many rounds are in the mag and they only go up to 15 but it's actually a 17 round magazine. Great pistol, extremely accurate, haven't had a single malfunction and the red dots held zero for 2-3 thousand rounds so far. The trigger is a little rough until you break it in but after that it's decent. Other than that would definitely recommend one. Hope this helps.
