Robert, it only includes one barrel and is chambered in 300 blackout, not 300 blackout and 5.56. Ruger AR-556 is just rugers name for their AR15s, so doesn't mean it's chambered in 5.56. Not sure why Ruger did it that way cause can be confusing. Hope this helps.
