Hi Elizabeth, there is Zero difference in the quality of the Austrian and US made Glocks. With that being said, I have several Glock handguns and prefer those from the original Country of manufacture (Austria). I have (5) Austrian Glocks and (1) US made Glock. Cheers and stay safe!

There are NO quality differences between Austria & USA made Glocks.

Elizabeth, yes, Glocks made in the USA are just as good. They're basically the same. Majority of the USA made Glock parts are actually made in Austria and just assembled here. So honestly should say assembled in the USA instead of made. Some people argue Austrias better and some say USA is better but they're both equally great pistols. Hope this helps.
