Kevin, yes Sir. Bolt Action Rifles are not regulated the same as Semi-Auto Rifles (thank heavens!) and is good to go. Cheers and stay safe!
Like here in NY, California's Evil Twin, Bolt Action Rifles do not have the same restrictions as Semi-Auto rifles. So you're good to go!!!
