Springfield website confirms that that specific model does not have the fiber optic sight. It's just a normal white dot sight. They probably reused the description from the PI9124L (stainless) version which does have a fiber optic front sight.

The Range Officer comes with a black target style front sight. I have 2 and replaced them with Dawson Precision .180" high x .100" wide front fiber optic sights.
