Nicholas, you get both the fixed stock and the adjustable version. The fixed stock comes installed on the firearm so you would have to install the adjustable one if you decide to. So I'd definitely opt to get the adjustable version also. From reading reviews appears the adjustable stock will ship directly to your house and the firearm will obviously have to ship to the FFL dealer you chose. Hope this helps.

Edward, click on the link you shared. Buds is doing a special that's giving away a free adjustable stock. Below the picture is an option to get the free one. It also states about the free adjustable stock in the description. Reading reviews shows it comes with both.
