Dennis, no, model number 320F9B doesn't have a optics ready slide. You could buy a dovetail adapter, it's a adapter that goes into the groove of your rear sight to add a red dot that way but I wouldn't really recommend it especially since you can get a p320 that is already optics ready. That's the route I'd go. You could get the p320 X Wich is optics ready but it's only $50 less and doesn't include the Romeo zero optic. Hope this helps.
