Alonzo, this time of year is notoriously busy and it has taken 7 to 10 days in years past for my order to arrive. Others have reported slightly longer. Buds Customer Service should be able to give you an order status at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
