Jared, very simple, it's pretty much the same as buying one from a local shop with a few extra steps. Just add the shotgun to your cart and proceed to checkout. The first page will ask for a FFL dealer/gunshop wich is where the firearm will be shipped to. Buds has a FFL locator wich is a list of dealers in your area just type in your zip code and choose one or if you can't find the dealer you want to use you can add your own. Then choose how you want to pay and finish the order. Buds will then ship the firearm to the FFL dealer you chose and they'll perform the background check and transfer it to you like you normally would. The FFL dealer will charge a transfer fee Wich is normally $20-$40 depending on who you use. When you choose a FFL it Should have buds last known transfer fee price so you know how much they charge.
