John, I'd imagine if it's coming in the mail 3-5 days but as others have stated we're just customers as yourself not buds employees. So I'd recommend contacting buds at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Sorry can't give a definite answer but hope this helps some.
