Ariam, simply answer member questions to the best of your ability and they will choose the answer that they think best answers their question. If your answer is chosen as "Best Answer" within your answer of 30 minutes you receive 3 points and if chosen as "Best Answer" if answered after 30 minutes you will receive 1 point. Ariam, just answer questions. Simply click on menu, then customer questions and answers. There will be a long list of questions asked by customers. Just try to answer the question the best you can and if people like your answer you will get points for a weekly drawing. Each point gives you an extra chance at winning. You could win a $50 gift card or if you have alot of points your name can be drawn more than once and can win up to 5-$50 gift cards but I've never seen anyone win all 5. Most I've seen someone win was 3. Hope this helps and good luck.
