Hi, I just tried this shotgun out last week on a duck hunting trip. Had a lot of metal fillings in the stock cap nut, but otherwise looked good. I cleaned and oiled the gun then took it out.
However, there is one major problem. I can't load the magazine tube. The elevator hits the bottom of the bolt when it's fully closed and does not allow shells to enter the magazine. It's too tight. Shells will go in the magazine if the bolt is held back far enough to allow the elevator to move

Jonathan, I would disassemble again to ensure there are no metal shavings and reassemble. It sounds like the elevator may be out of spec if it is hanging up on the bottom of the bolt when attempting to load. If you can't find any obvious issues after this please contact Legacy Sports at 1-800-553-4229 for advice or Service to get the issue corrected. Cheers and stay safe!
