Have only put about 50 rounds thru DF12 and it stopped firing. looks like the extractor and extractor pin have been blown off and missing. Having trouble talking to Hatsan (escort) or getting any help or finding any parts. anyone have any luck finding replacement bolts/extractors for the DF12? Appreciate any advice, otherwise its just sitting in a box useless.

Corey, unfortunately you're not the first to have trouble contacting them. I'd keep trying them and hopefully you will receive a response. I'd also recommend taking it to a local gunshop and hopefully they can figure something out. You could try contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Let them know you contacted the manufacturer and they won't respond. Maybe they'll be able to assist you. Sorry you're having trouble and wish you luck.
