Robert, unfortunately you must be a TB member at the time of layaway to qualify for the 'no fee'.

All I can say is when i put my last layaway on I realized that my TB membership had expired I renewed it and buds removed the layaway fees You can Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and ask them.I suspect they will remove the layaway fees
