George, unfortunately they don't make 15 round magazines for the American that I can find. So you would have to drop down to the 10 round magazines. Such a crying shame with Illinois!!!! Just like my commie state of NY. So sorry this is taking place in your state too!!! As mentioned, you'll need to go to the 10 rounders if you don't want to Use Mag Blocks.
