No, not for sale to private citizens at least. There are no Glock handguns beyond Gen 3 on the roster of approved handguns as of now. All that are on the roster can be found here: https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150972
Daniel, unfortunately no it's not on Californias approved list so buds can't ship it to California. Sorry but hope this helps.

Unfortunately for CommieFornia residents, that's a big No. No gen beyond 3 are "Allowed" in CA...
