Juan, yes it is NJ compliant, but why would you want the CA compliant model with the fixed magazine or the goofy fin grip when the original VR80 is also NJ compliant? It does not have a pistol grip, it is a thumbhole stock. Juan, yes Sir. The Standard model would allow you to have a removable magazine rather than fixed magazine (stock and receiver must be separated to remove).
