Francisco, Midwest Gun Works (midwestgunworks.com/browning/sights.html#/filter:firearm_type:Pistol) and Dawson Precision (https://dawsonprecision.com/gun-sights/browning-sights/) have many Browning and other manufacturer sight upgrades. Cheers and stay safe!

Francisco, I'd recommend contacting Browning customer service because I'm not finding any information on what sights the Browning black label 1911-380 takes. You can call them at 1-800-333-3504 or you can email Browning at ( customerservice@browning.com )Sorry can't give a definite answer but hope this helps some.

Francisco, there doesn't appear to be much in the way of aftermarket parts for this gun. You can try calling Browning, but they will most likely tell you to look for aftermarket sights.
