Ok the Hi-Cap model comes with a muzzle device, bayonet lug. The GP This model does not come with the muzzle break or the bayonet lug.

All I've ever seen were stamped. Easy to tell, stamped have rivets holding in the front and rear internal sections, a milled is just one piece of steel for the receiver. What i have heard, there is no such thing as a milled wasr. So IMO its either stamped or has the mag rails welded on in the magwell.

I would bet they are custom jobs... there are only two manufacturers (Cugir and Sabu) of Romanian AKs (WASRs), and neither factory ever produced a milled AK... only AKMs (AKM = stamped).
