Murray, unfortunately buds doesn't sell cylinders for the Ruger single six. Your best option to find one is by checking a website called gunbr0ker. They're a site that allows private owners and small shops to sell their products so they usually have rare and hard to find firearms and accessories. Sorry but hope this helps.
Contact Ruger here https://ruger.com/service/partsService.html they will tell you to send in the gun as the new cylinder will require fitting (I did this)
