Joseph, you must contact the seller. Taken from egunner web site - "You won an item, congratulations! Now you need to finalize payment with the seller. The types of acceptable payment will be stated in the auction listing. It is important that you contact the seller and work with them on finalizing the payment. Once the seller has received payment from you, they will proceed to ship the item. NOTE: At this time, eGunner does not accept payment from buyers on behalf of sellers. Any transactions between buyers and sellers need to be handled between the buyer and seller."
Joseph, I've personally never bought anything from egunner so can't really give a detailed answer. I'd recommend contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They can help point you in the right direction. Sorry but hope this helps.
